Readers Choice for Best Buffet:

If you've never been to the buffets at Rio (plural - there are two!) you've yet to experience what could probably be construed as the final stop in buffet evolution as experienced in 20th century Las Vegas - the be-all end-all of the classic Vegas buffet. Expect to stuff your face with an astonishing array of dishes all prepared very well. There are some surprises in store for each visit to the Rio buffet line, but for all intents and purposes - it's a buffet. The eggs will be a little weird, the bacon will be a little crixpy, the food will cause you and your traveling companions to clog the plumbing at your hotel of choice five hours later. It's good. It's really good. For finer dining in a buffet-like atmosphere the Editors recommend that you take a crack at The Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas... the variety isn't the same, but the quality more than makes up for it.
