Forbes has released their annual star ratings guide for hotels, restaurants and spas nationwide, including Las Vegas.

Most of Wynn and Encore's top tier dining offerings landed on the list, adding Botero and Andrea's. Lakeside didn't make it. Comments & Discussion:

From SkyLOFT site... "Due to business demands, management reserves the right to provide guests with confirmed reservations alternative accommodations within MGM Grand's resort complex, in which event a rate adjustment will be made and other amenities will be provided."

You are important to us, but the Sheikh is more important.

Interesting that Cosmopolitan's restaurants didn't get any Star ratings.

@IndyJeff, If you pay for a Skyloft, settling for a Skyline Marquee Suite or any of MGM's other normal suites just won't cut it. At that point I would either request an Aria Sky Villa, or Mirage Lanai. Worst case maybe a Panoramic Sky Suite. Would probably just say cancel my reservation, I'm going to the Wynn or Mandarin.

I agree with the list except Four Seasons should be labeled as 5 star.

Stayed in the Encore Tower Suites in December. Service was exceptional and everything was great. Gives the Mandarin a strong run considering the deals that can be had at Encore.

The M Resort is in some good company.

Am I correct to say I see only two things from all of Caesars' properties on these lists: Guy Savoy and the Laurel Collection hotel rooms?

I'm kind of surprised not to see anything from The Cromwell (rooms / Giada's) listed in the 4-star categories. And for the prices they command, I'm surprised some of the top-tier buffets aren't listed (yes, I *know* they're buffets, but still).

I've eaten at 10 of those places listed - can't go wrong with any of them! Can't wait to go back for more.

Last time I stayed at the Mandarin around Labor Day my room was in the $300 range, well worth it.

The Cromwell is likely too new tor inclusion on this list.

I would have put Carnevino above Cut and Delmonico.

Actually, the 4 star list has too broad of a range in my opinion. Aquanox and and Andrea's in the same class with L'Atelier and Picasso? I think not.

Having been to both the Four Seasons Spa and Aria Spa, can't believe that FS is 5 star and Aria is 4 star. Aria is hands down my favorite in every regard, except having more people present (but never felt busy).

I agree with Hillbilly, I would rank Carnevino above CUT, and at least equal to Delmonico. However, the fact that Andrea's made the four-star list makes me question the entire exercise.
