I thought they fixed this already.

Noticed this while high up in a Bellagio center suite, working, a couple of nights ago, watching the fountains and saw chunks of the balloon lighting out. Happening again on Rio too. Suspect it will get worse before it gets better.

That's why they made the resort fees $25 across all of their properties, they need the money to replace the neon.....
