Resorts World Does Some Bureaucracy
If no news is good news. Non-newsy news might be better news. A few weeks ago Kimley-Horn and Associates, representative of Stardust's replacement Echelon's replacement Resorts World Las Vegas filed some papers with the city planning commission to bundle all of the assembled parcels into one commercial subdivision.

The parcel was assembled from the defunct Stardust site plus Boyd Gaming's trade of Barbary Coast for Westward, Ho! to Harrah's Entertainment back in 2006.
As far as news, this doesn't mean much in and of itself, but it implies that Resorts World is firing up the processes to start construction again, starting with dotting the t's and crossing the i's. We've received numerous sporadic reports of engineers in safety vests spotted walking the Resorts World parcel at various times throughout the summer.
