This Week In Casino Logo Theft Episode 325
For a number of years we were tracking theft of casino logos for companies large and small across this great universe of ours. From the new Mirage Product, to to the fake faux-Monte Carlo to Wynn optical express to the wholesale WTF rip off that is Winn Cambodia.
This week, VT readers Geoff and NoDeuces, tell us that Wynn Las Vegas' sister property Encore has branched out into the sports bar, limousine and truck rental markets.

NoDeuces invites us to Encore Sports Lounge, located in Houston Texas. Peeping at the inset, they've nabbed the backlit signage and did a pretty good job purloining the mahogany and creme color scheme. The Y shaped cladding, however is more classic Aladdin than chocolate curve. The real creative owner would've called this the Encore Sports Book.

VIPGeoff introduces us to Encore Limousine, VT's suggested vendor should you need a no tunnel lift from Connecticut to Treasure Island. I wonder how many phone calls they get asking how many craps tables they have or if they charge resort fees.

Comments & Discussion:
I would not be a bit surprised if those "Encore" folks got a very professional letter from Wynn counsel.
I've got one to add to that. There's a Korean karaoke bar in Duluth, GA called Luxor whose logo is very similar to the logo of the Powerslave, I mean Luxor Las Vegas.....

Check out the logo for Pleasant's Hardware in Richmond Virginia....looks like someone in Virginia is a fan of Planet Hollywood. The logos are indistinguishable from each other.....
