Palms: Meet The New Rain

Rain, Las Vegas' first fire breathing megaclub, ushered in the modern era of Las Vegas as global epicenter of Oontz closed the weekend after last years' VIMFP.

Since then it has operated as a special events center with the promise that construction would make it Rain once again at the Palms.

Of course, it all starts with a walk through the birth canal.

And then some booty shaking to the disco stylings of DJ Gabe Kaplan. Structurally identical, new decor, striped wall coverings and lighting. I hope the squares on the dance floor light up.

The design is by Seed with architecture by Klai Juba Architects.

I've got a new slogan for The Palms "We're changing everything, too!"

I love that it looks like someone brought both Grandma and a 12 year old to da club.
