Treasure Island Is On Fire
The Twitter and local TV newsies are alight this morning with news that there is a fire at Treasure Island.
Here's probably the best photo right now.
More as this progresses.
9:39am: The fire alarms went off at TI yesterday too.
9:41am: Looks like an air conditioner is the cause.
There is nothing to see here, please move along.

That's what they get for taking out the pirate theme >:(
My stomach fluttered when I read this! Ti was the first place I stayed on my first Vegas trip. It was awesome...pirate shows hot girls. I miss the days of the themes. Yes they were cheesy but it was so cool. Today everything looks like it came out of a IKEA catalog. Im sure it still is but 10 years ago the place was the hidden gem in terms of value on the strip. 40-50 a night no resort fees great drink service. Ah I miss it!
Will they be replacing their upper floor with a new "high end" boutique hotel now too?
Somehow the idea of the pyro for Sirens hitting one of the windows came to mind when a TI fire was mentioned.
