Last Call At O'Sheas
Calling all leprechauns and louses, last call at O'Shea's will take place on Monday April 30th shortly before the doors close at noon o'clock. Tons of drink specials and whatnot are planned for the final weekend so get your ass down there for one of the final rolls of the dice at one of the strip's most famous, most consistently excellent craps tables.
The first piece of O'Shea's demolition - implosion of O'Sheas parking garage - will take place on May 1st. VT reader RandyVegas sussed out from a Linq construction worker that the exact time of the implosion will be Tuesday at 2:30am
Also, what is it with Dirk Arthur? The moment he gets hired to work at a joint, it closes. This has happened at Stardust, Sahara and now O'Sheas. The Dirk Arthur Curse.... coming soon to ______________.

Comments & Discussion:
I could kick my own ass for not going in there earlier this week. We stayed at Aria and had all intentions of going for a final visit on Monday. We walked down to Harrah's to keep our TR points active, then went to Margaritaville for too many margaritas. We were on the bridge across the strip at Crystals before my drunk ass remembered what I forgot, and it was too hot to go back. Dammit!
I made sure when I was out there in December to swing by O'Sheas for one last time since I knew that by the time I would be headed back out there, it would likely be closed. I've had some interesting times playing there to say the least. Part of me is sad to see the current incarnation of it close, but once they added Vince Neil Ink and beer pong, it wasn't the O'Sheas I had come to love.
Stopped by their in March and didn't even remember it would be my last visit. For some reason I always liked the place. Sad to see it go.
Popped by in late March for my last hurrah...craps and a few games of beer pong. Luckily I left before a tear was officially shed. RIP O'Sheas
We hung out in there for the first time one night last month.. it was a Tuesday at 1am and the place was packed wall to wall with people. Probably busier than any place on the strip.
We stopped by Saturday for a final cocktail and to see Lucky
Comming soon to Stump Regis?
I guess I will never get a chance to go inside but I took a few pics from the outside.
The Dirk Arthur Curse...coming soon to the ENTIRE CITY OF RENO!
Dirk Arthur to Circus Circus please!
Gave the place one last walk through on Tuesday. Sad to see one of the little places go, but I'm looking forward to what lies ahead. Is there any word at all on what the IP will become? Are they going Horseshoe with it?
Maybe they'll make it the Horeshoe so they don't have to reprint all those TR cards.
Dirk please go to Luxor. Thank u.
Stopped by on Friday for a last visit, took a couple pics of my better half with Lucky, sad to see all the "average joe" places being replaced with high-end shopping malls and douchebag nightclubs.
