Gunther Van Halen Riviera Pet Friendly

There's been lots of interesting things going on at the Riviera lately, one of the most promising being that they have added Pet Friendly Rooms to their accommodations line up.

All Pet Friendly rooms are of the Classic flavor which came online during their 2008 hotel renovation.

Guests are allowed to...

bring up to two dogs per room. Dogs can not exceed 50lbs. Dog owner must provide proof of current vaccinations including exhibiting current rabies tag on the dog upon check-in.

Dogs that are excluded to stay in the Pet Friendly Rooms include but are not limited to the following breeds: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chows Doberman Pinschers, English Bull Terrier, German Shepherds, Mastiff, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, and any dog with a bite history. There is an additional fee of $25 per dog, per night to the room rate.

Arf!

This should make business easier for the hookers... :)

Dogism!!!! Blame the owner not the breed...and all that.

Okay, why would I want to stay in a hotel that has a chance of a dog crapping in the hallway or barking all night? I am not against dogs but pets should be left at home.

Yes, the dogs belong at home with the children. B
