Goodbye Terribles, Hello Primm Valley Resort. Again.

Way back in November 2007, we mentioned that Terribles had taken over Primm Valley Resort and had put up a new marquee. Here's the original post.

Looks like after all that bankruptcy and influx of fresh blood, the folks who took over Terrible's have decided to bring back the old name and erect a brand new version of the exact same old sign they had.

This is the new marquee as spotted a few days ago:

Primm Valley Resorts

"Tom Fazio golf for less" is a great crack at Wynn. Why pay $500 greens fee at WLV when you can play on two courses designed by Mr. Fazio for a fraction of the cost in Primm! I wonder if big time golf nerds try and hit the Faziofecta and play all four courses he's designed in the greater Las Vegas area.

Anyways, Terribles has a new old name again. Like you care.

In related news... I noticed on the way in for VIMFP that Nevada Landing's marquee is now gone after standing guard over the former Nevada Landing parcel for three years after the joint was demolished.

I've always been taken by Nevada Landing. Where else but Las Vegas, or perhaps a Charlton Heston movie, would you come across a gigantic paddle wheel riverboat casino stranded in the middle of the desert.

Sayonara Terribles! Sayonara Nevada Landing! Welcome to the big casino in the sky.
