ARIA Offering Early Evening Prix Fixe Dining $49
Speaking of ARIA, while perusing their dining offerings I happened to notice that all of their "specialty dining" restaurants are offering $49 Early Evening menu... $49 from 5pm-7pm.
Union offers choice of three appetizers (including the tomato soup) one choice from four entrees, one choice from five sides and choice between two desserts. A wine pairing is also available for an extra $20. The normal price for this pencils out at ~$18/app, ~$45 entree, ~$10 side, ~$10 dessert... about $75 for dinner (give or take) a savings of about 33%... good deal!

Julian Serrano early evening menu ($39)
American Fish early evening menu
If you are looking for an inexpensive way to eat around ARIA, this is damn good way to do it. Just don't drink from the shower head.

Not Bad. I just hope they offer Bottle Water.
Sage made the stomach growl meter the highest.
Siro and J&G look pretty nice to. If the J&G in Vegas is anything like the DC outlet it will be a fabulous meal.
I would guess the place is BYOW (Bring Your Own Water)
Interesting meal timings, given that you Americans like to eat dinner early. Fantastic value given that a steak would normally run $50+ alone.
No use to us Brits, for whom dinner at 9pm is more the norm.
Actually Professor, we Yanks like to eat all the time. 5pm, 7:46pm, 9:02, 11:11.
ProfessorYaffle - have you ever tried to get a table in Manhattan at 9pm? Apparently not.

Yep, plenty of times - never seems to be an issue to the concierge at Soho House :-)
I have been to Leicester Square, Covent Gardens, Piccadilly Circus, etc many times before 9pm on different days of the week and always packed with people waiting to eat.
