Wynn Renovations Bed

On today's quarterly earnings call, Steve Wynn let it be known that the Wynn Las Vegas' villa renovations will be completed in the next month or so, thereby completing the entire five year renovation process at Wynn Las Vegas.

If you or someone you know is planning on staying in the new Wynn villas, please get in touch at tips [at] vegastripping.com. If you or someone you know has the pencil to get us into a villa for one night of sexy photography get in touch by same.

Our previous Wynnovation 2010-2011 coverage includes The New Salon Suite at Wynn Las Vegas and Deluxe Panoramic View Rooms review.

Comments & Discussion:

What, no PR person at Wynn who will let you stay one night so that you can take sexy photos and write up a nice room review? Sounds like the Winnovations are complete too.

quite a difference a year makes eh? they read this, just haven't elected to participate yet.

In general (and I mean this with all due respect) this site is generally a cheerleader for the Steverino's properties. The PR folks are fools if they don't get you in these new villas for one night at least. Assuming they aren't fully booked, this is totally free advertising.

not sure i agree with you re: cheerleading, we aren't afraid to kick them in the teeth when they deserve it... just look at most of the last 5 months. i'd say that we're the most thorough in our coverage of wynn, which makes since since they are the current market leader in almost every category you can think of.

Stayed at the Wynn last week, not that impressed with the refreshed rooms and service was much worse than in the past. Switched to the Mandarin and it was superb.

Got a chance to peek into the new private entrance of the Fairways last trip. This is all speculation, but I'm getting the impression that once renovations are complete, they'll finally bring the level of service of these villas up to the same par as The Mansion, Wynn's proper villas, etc., with in-room check in, butlers, limos at your disposal, and the like (whereas before, the service was the same - perhaps even worse due to proximity - as the rest of the Tower Suites).

While this should have those of us who like paying for nice rooms ecstatic, historically Wynn has *never* offered these services to nightly-paying customers (except, perhaps, the occasional nut who pays full price for an Apartment at Encore). Translation = don't expect to see rates on the website any time soon.

Of course, I hope I'm wrong.
