The First Roll of The Dice at Cosmopolitan (Video)
And finally, a video of first roll of the dice at Cosmopolitan.
Apparently, I got my dorques mixed up on opening night. The guy who threw the dice is a singer named Mayer Hawthorne, not Brandon Flowers, shows you what I know.
The first roll established 9 as the point, followed by the roll of 8 and then a 7 out.
Might I remind you that I threw out the first roll of the dice at ARIA and I got a 7 on the first shot then rolled a bunch of numbers and a coupla points, making everybody at the table a big pile of drinking money that night. I gave Cosmopolitan and Mr. Unwin the opportunity to call on my expertise, but he/they declined to drop a dime. Well... seven out in three rolls is what you get when you hire someone that doesn't have experience.
I must not be curious classy enough to understand why this guy earned the right to throw the dice. Oh... I know why... because Mayor Goodman didn't show up!
Update: per the discussion below, we can surmise that the bet was $2100. Still lost. The image blown up:

Was someone chanting "Murren...Murren" as you swung the phone around?
& LOL at the stinger on the end. I want to see more VTTV.
How much is that bet on the pass line at 0:23? It's the only bet on the table, so I assume it belongs to the shooter. If those are blacks, it looks like around $1500ish.
@chris i tried to count em standing there but couldn't get an accurate number. seemed like more than 10 of em, $1500 is a good guess.
I found a PR shot taken just after the point was made:

Still too small to really tell how much he had out there, definitely looks like more than 10 but probably less than 20.
