From the "Don't Let The Door Hit Your Derriere On The Way Out Dept." comes word (again via @thestrippodcast) that the restaurant taking over the Daniel Boulud Brasserie spot after its final service on July 5th will be called "Lakeside" after the "Lake of Dreams" upon which it sits.

Lakeside, a concept in classic American cuisine by Steve Wynn and Chef David Walzog will tentatively open this fall and feature brand new interior designs from Wynn Resorts design guru Roger Thomas.

More details about the new restaurant will be announced in the coming weeks.

Comments & Discussion:

I will miss Daniel Boulud, I hope he finds another location in Vegas.

I had a great meal at Daniel Boulud to celebrate my dad's 70th B day, sorry to see it go.
