We've just received official confirmation that, as we had projected, Daniel Boulud Brasserie at Wynn Las Vegas will close after July 4th weekend.

Chef David Walzog, known for his divine creations currently serving at SW Steakhouse and previously the Country Club Grill will be working in conjunction with Steve Wynn to develop a brand new restaurant that will open this Fall.

The new, as yet unnamed, restaurant will open after a 16-20 week construction period, late October / November. We're promised that the new Roger Thomas designed interiors will be "very different" from the current Daniel Boulud Brasserie.

More details will be announced in the coming weeks.
