Rush Time Machine

Calling all comp sci majors, misfits, dorques and air drummers.... the time to book a room at "La Villa Strangiato" is now! Canadian progressive rock legends Rush have announced that their 2010 "Time Machine" tour will feature a performance of the 1981 masterpiece Moving Pictures in its entirety PLUS a set of other Rush classics.

Dude, I hope they play "The Trees." And "Bytor and the Snow Dog." And "I Think I'm Going Bald."

Rush.com sez the band will be playing at MGM Grand on August 14th, 2010.

If only they had Saga as an opening act. Or Helix.

Oh man, would love to make that show. I haven't seen those guys in concert since Hold Your Fire.

i saw that tour at a hockey arena in utica, ny.

I might have to attend this. Maybe the opening act will be Krokus!

Will Bubbles be Alex Lifeson's guitar tech?

How awesome would it be if they stayed at the Golden Nugget?

Geddy's bass pedal would get all messed up 'cause he dropped a fried Twinkie on it.

What? No love here for "The Fountain of Lamneth" or "Natural Science?"

Should be a great show.

Aren't we all the priests of the Temple of Syrinx? I mean, really.

Roach Clip Charly! You have no idea how thrilled I am to see my all-time favorite Five Hundy caller! How are things in Chicago-ooo-ooo-ooo?
