Planet Hollywood Enters Total Rewards

We've often said that Total Rewards is both the best and worst casino loyalty club. The easy website and comps for slot players is awesome. Treating table game players like scum of the earth is not. My biggest gripe, however, is that I have absolutely no desire to stay in any of their properties whether in Vegas or elsewhere. In the heat of a summer weekday when Caesars might toss me a free room, I'd still pay the circa $150 rack rate Encore will likely be running at the same time.

But I have had a hankering to give Planet Hollywood a try. Sure, a Harrah's takeover of a joint is almost never a good thing, but it's snail mail offers like these given to the lowliest of slot players like myself that make me forgive them:

I love PHRC. It's my favorite Casino... But HET, is messing things up already.

1. Since the Takeover they already took down the "Trippies Banner".

2. The interaction with their customers dropped. They no longer tweet or respond to FaceBook Posts like in the past.

HET Layed down the law on that.... But I still love them and I will be there in 30 days!.. Hopefully, I get some offers like that!

Actually just one clarification, while Total Rewards isn't a great program for table game players, it has some benefits many of the others don't.

1. Tracking any bet on a table game, something LVS, MGM, and Wynn do not.
2. Award tier points, and comp dollars for tables games, something the others do not as well.

That's not to say they rate table players fairly, but you are likely to end up with far more to you at under $25 and even $50/hand then you will at the other places over time. (i.e marketing offers, reduced rates, etc.)
