Mandarin's Spa Info Leaks

Our very own master-of-finding-shit-that'll-likely-get-someone-fired mac8675309 has come through again with yet another CityCenter find. This time, we get a sneak peak into the spa at Mandarin Oriental.

So apparently, Bradford Products - the guys behind much of the Mandarin spa's features - have their very own blogger. Epic lolz. Don't worry - this isn't some 12-year-old's thoughts on the latest Twilight (like OMG!!) or emo poetry written by a dude in eyeliner and his sister's jeans. There's actually good stuff on there. Check it out (and while you're at it, click on the month of October in the archives for a few shots of Vdara's pools).

The spa features lots of novelties Vegas has never seen along with some newish goodies that we're glad are finding their way into other spas. Having sampled all the gimmicks at both Qua Baths and Encore's spa, I can say that I'm skeptical about anything beyond basic saunas, steam rooms, and hot tubs. That said, you haven't lived until taking a nap on one of the heated loungers. Heaven. The way these will incorporate music will make them extra awesome.

I don't know about you, but it seems the little tidbits popping up about Mandarin Oriental are beginning to justify our initial sticker shock.
