Just a little note to those following the RSS or Twitter feeds that we posted a new feature article. This one is the first longer form piece by the NKOTVTB JohnH wherein he outlines how Twitter - in the hands of the @wynnlasvegas crew - has changed the entire notion of Vegas customer service, as of last week.
