Donald Trump's chicken is no longer at home in its coop at the Trump 29 Casino in Coachella, and neither is The Donald.

A U.S. Bankruptcy judge approved the $6 million early buy out of the management agreement between Trump and the Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians, owners of the casino.

The local tribe sought the buy out when the Trump Casinos and Hotels Inc. sought bankruptcy protection last year.

"The tribe is looking forward to having its old name back on the building," said tribal attorney Gary Kovall.

In the next several weeks the Trump name will disappear and the casino will revert to is original name, Spotlight 29 Casino.

During the Trump management, the tribe did a $60 million casino and showroom expansion.
