69 and Heiney Grabbing On Fremont Street

Sometimes it pays to read the entire casino email spam. Case in point:

See a fleet of classic 69's roaring down Fremont Street? Hells yeah... if you ask me, Fremont Street lost some of its charm when they ceased automobile traffic to and fro. It is a damn shame that my 71' VW is two years too old and has two flat tires. Then again, I was born in 1969, so maybe I should polish up my personal muscle and bring it to the the show 'n shine.

If that weren't enough, The Cal, Fremont and Main Street Station are offering $2 Heinekens and $2 Coronas at their casino bars this summer.

Thank you, O God of Cool Cars and Inexpensive, Quality Beer, for sharing this bounty with us in this time of our need.

Comments & Discussion:

"Polish my personal muscle"? Is that a euphemism or something?

Chuck, I'll excuse you for checking don't care for the Rare Earth concert. You were born too late. They used to play at a bar called The Dells near E. Lansing, Mi. while I was in school. Later were the first white band to be signed with Motown. These guys do look old. Oh yea, they're my age.

Man that's really gonna suck.
