Mirage TI parcel split

There's a lot of questions about how exactly the Mirage/TI parcel is going to be split, and I've started to work on a baseline version of possibilities.

Steve Friess has concurrently posted about how these will be split up, particularly how they will deal with divvying up access to parking garages.

I never realized how much more space the Mirage took up than TI. Wow thats a HUGE property difference.

it did seem that TI took up less space than Mirage and now it is certain.

for guests everything will pretty much stay the same. They even worked out an agreement so the MGM players card will still be in effect.
