The Mirage Redesigns The Website

Super longtime VT reader RobbieNomi just posted to The Board that The Mirage has redesigned its website... its former White Tigerness now features a healthy dollop of dark brown, which we've been saying on this blog for a while is 'the new hotness.'

I didn't expect Mirage to do a redesign so soon, since they just did it a year or so ago, barely. To a degree, I preferred the sparse white version a little bit more, but the navigation and information on the new site is much much better. The late 90's 'swoop design style' is back as well, but now enhanced with slide shows and other kooky javascript widgets.

Does this mean that The Mirage makeover is now 100% complete? The restaurants and rooms, most likely... excising the growth that is Danny Gans is probably next. I can hear the Mirage execs laughing in a conference somewhere...

Don't let the volcano burn your ass on the way out Mr. Burns, uh... I mean Mr. Gans!

Check out the new mirage dot com here.
