Reno Dealers Busted For Cheating

Here's a little tale of warning... casino cheating - particularly if you are a dealer - is a way bad idea.

Two casino dealers, one at Club Cal Neva (the one downtown Reno, not Lake Tahoe) and the other at Grand Sierra Resort (formerly the MGM Grand Reno & Reno Hilton) were busted over the weekend, snaking chips off of the table.

The first, Dale Solem took chips out of the pot during a poker tournament at Grand Sierra.

The second, John Gosnell palmed a losing bet at one of Club Cal Neva's blackjack tables then capped it onto a working toke on a neighboring winner hand. Profit? $9.

Both of these guys face up to EIGHT YEARS in prison if they are convicted.

Holy Crap!

Wow - a $9 profit? Good going.
Of course it probably took a long time to get caught.
