Sherlock Holmes Dept: Encore's Restaurant Details Embedded in Job Listings

Wynn Resorts recently announced that they are searching for thousands of new employees to staff Encore as well as replace folks moving over to the new property from Wynn Las Vegas. What does this have to do with tourists? On the surface, nothing. But a little digging into the wanted listings reveals all sorts of information about restaurant offerings that may be a part of Encore when it opens in December (hopefully).

As expected, none of the restaurants are mentioned by name, but a number of them are steeped in traditional Wynn hyperbole of the mouth watering variety. Here's some of what they mention, with parenthetical names provided from an earlier post:

Asian Bistro
Asian Bistro is a dining experience not to be missed with modern Japanese creations, authentic teppanyaki, and robata cooking.

Modern Steakhouse (The Garden Cafe?)
Beyond-the-curve steaks and modern American fare as bold and voluptuous as the original art that graces the space. Lunch and Dinner served poolside in this fine dining steakhouse.

Steak & Seafood (Botero?)
A unique expression of restaurant-as-theatre, where the French-inspired steak and seafood menu is the headliner in a dazzling, theatrical space that changes before your very eyes! Dinner served nightly in this fine dining steakhouse.

Fine Dining Italian (VIP 5 - fifth floor of Encore?)
Modern Italian-Mediterranean cuisine showcased in a jewelbox setting nestled inside the Encore Tower Suites. Italian fine dining.

Period American Cuisine (An American Place - replaces Tableau at WLV?)
Wildly innovative, crowd-pleasing American fare offered morning, noon and night! Breakfast, lunch and dinner served in this fine dining setting.

Also mentioned in the listings are a Juice Bar, Lobby Bar & Cafe and a Pastry Shop.

Let the Encore countdown begin continue!

Comments & Discussion:

Hmm, poolside dining and original art? I think Botero might actually be the "Modern Steakhouse".
