Havasu Landing TR and Wynn Casino Chip Puzzle
I hope that y'all had a great Memorial Day weekend (if you live in the U.S. of course) or just a plain great weekend wherever you are.
This weekend, Miss Monkay and I skedaddled off to Lake Havasu, which is kinda like a smaller Lake Tahoe plopped in the middle of the desert at the intersection of Nevada, California and Arizona. It's about an hour or so south of Laughlin, which we sorta waved to as we drove past the exit for US 95 North.
The weekend consisted of driving around the desert on ATV's, doing jumps on an old Dune Buggy - built from the remnants of an old VW bug, playing with high-powered firearms, scooting to the local casino Havasu Landing on a souped up 4x4 EZ-GO golf card (see linked Havasu Landing Casino trip report on FeltJungle for the details as well as photos of the EZ-GO).
After getting home, Miss Mo and I finally pulled out the Wynn Las Vegas casino chip puzzle I mentioned here, and did a pretty good job slapping most of it together in a coupla hours.
Anyways, that's what we got up to this weekend. It was pretty rough living without an internet connection for a few days, but the break was certainly needed. Next up on the docket, is a review of Hooters submitted by RockChickX51, and a couple of other surprises.
