We stopped off at the Silverton on the way out of Vegas the other day to catch some food and do a little bit more investigation before we add it to our hotel guide, as many of you have requested.

While lining up for a table at the Sundance Grill, I spotted this special Mothers Day Menu propped up in plastic in a grooved out log. The photo speaks infinitely louder than any bone headed description I could offer.

Silverton Casino Las Vegas - Sundance Grill

Beyond the obvious ghettofabulousness of a 'Specials' menu drawn with a Keno crayon on the back of a table layout diagram - the sheer number of spelling errors and peculiar penmanship makes one wonder : "Can a restaurant with such horrible spelling and grammar skills be trusted with knife, pan and it's customers' digestive systems?"

The answer : I'm typing this three days later.

ASSperagus. Wow. This is fantastic.
I hope you got something simple like french fries. Theres no way you can mess up french fries. Drop them in grease, set the timer, timer goes off, take them out. But looking at this, even these people could probably mess that up.
