Gold Coast Targeting Asian Clients With New Restaurants
The Gold Coast has aggressively begun to target Asian customers with a slew of new restaurants in addition to Ping Pang Pong (which, in our opinion, is one of the best restaurant names ever.) Gone are Charlie's Oyster Bar and Arriva (Italian), both of which are to be replaced by a noodle bar and another Asian restaurant to be named later.
Gold Coast and Orleans seem to be getting quite a bit more attention by their owners since their former flagship property Stardust has been imploded.
For those looking to find some new Vegas digs that provide a lot of bang for not so much buck, the Gold Coast might be a great option. A quick check of their weekend rates for a randomly chosen weekend in May show $114/night. What do you think about the Gold Coast? Is this a good deal?

Comments & Discussion:
$114/night is $113 too much. This place is a dump.
$113 too much lol. I'd say $80 is the realistic upper limit for what I would pay to stay at there. Any more and there are too many other better options, especially with the Strip being half empty these days.
