Vegas.com Experts Are Actors

Well... someone in the marketing department at Vegas.com is probably gonna get fired over a baffling press release which explains their new advertising campaign "Ask The Experts".

In said press release the folks behind the new ad campaign tout that the supposed "Experts" in the spots are, indeed, actors.

In 'The Vegas Experts,' actors playing VEGAS.com employees take center stage as they go about a regular day on the job, needing to know the ins and outs of everything in the city for Vegas visitors. They take their jobs very seriously even though they're in the middle of the hottest parties, backstage at the best shows and working with celebrities, clubs, hotels and more -- collecting information for the VEGAS.com customer who depends on them.

So, these ads are a fraud (no surprise), apparently there are no experts at Vegas.com, just actor who portrays an expert (no surprise). I'm kinda shocked that they couldn't rustle up someone there with enough brains to be a spokesperson, even LVA head cheese A-Curt does his own TV chin wagging. I guess thats the difference between thems and us's.

In the interest of full disclosure, this post was written by Bill Murray, who is "acting" as Chuckmonster today.
