The sale of Binions Hotel and Gambling Hall to Four Queens owner TLC Enterprises has been approved by Nevada gaming biz regulators. The deal is expected to close and the keys handed over in February. This is great news for downtown, TLC has done a fantastic job at Four Queens.

Additionally, Nevada gaming regulators have approved Morgan's Hotel Group's application to operate Hard Rock's casino. The casino has been managed by Golden Gaming under a revenue share deal until Morgans received their own license.
