Caesars Palace has raised the betting limit on blackjack and craps to $50k in response to demand by high rollers.

Caesars Palace, whose hold on high roller play has been siphoned off by more plush resorts to open in the last 5 years will now offer the highest table limits in all of Las Vegas.

In a statement, Caesars Palace owners said that the increased limits will not raise the minimums at non-high roller table games for us grinders who can't afford $25 blackjack. Thanks guys, we really appreciate that... how about throwing a coupla $10 tables into the mix as well.

I guess it would be way too much to ask to bring back $5 minimums at night and $2-$3 minimums during the day, at strip casinos.

I don't mind losing my money when in an honest game, but I would like to lose it slower than the casinos want to take it. That is why I travel way off the strip to locals casinos when I visit Vegas. It makes my bankroll last through the night.
