Anybody with 1/2 a brain knows that the best show on TV is Sci-Fi's 'Battlestar Galactica.' Great stories, great characters and the best writing this side of the Sopranos. Battlestar Galactica is known for its insane season ending cliffhangers and plot twists.

So how does the creative team behind Battlestar Galactica come up with these compelling stories year after year? According to executive producers Ronald D. Moore and David Eick...

Moore said that he had a general idea of where the story would go in the fourth season but hadn't committed anything to paper. He and Eick went to Las Vegas over the weekend to get started.

"We'll hash it out over blackjack and Jack Daniels," Eick said. "We came up with the second season cliffhanger over a Johnny Walker Blue." The season finale airs March 25.

Check out Battlestar Galactica if you haven't yet. Borrow the DVD from the help desk guys at your job. Start from the beginning.
