Sahara, MGM Grand, Excalibur and Hooters Redesign Websites

A slew of website redesigns in the last few weeks/months. Sahara, MGM Grand, Excalibur and Hooters have updated their site offerings.

Excalibur - they've ditched the flash nonsense and a bunch of the wizards and magicians. Its now a dark dungeon castle!

MGM Grand - also switched to a slate/greyscale vibe with huge photos and sharp graphics.

Hooters - New flash site is pretty slick

Sahara - The old lady at the end of the street, the Sahara, has redesigned its website. Most notable additions include a talking woman named Krystyn that - unlike real women - you can turn her "off". Its a pretty sharp looking site though, has a bunch of Ajax and a ton of flash. Most notable information: "The Entertainer" winner Delisco - promised a multi million dollar contract at the Hilton - is now slogging it out in the Casbar Lounge.

Also to be noted that in addition to the Harrah's website redesign noted here a few months ago, the old Caesars, Flamingo, Ballys and Paris sites have gone under and dumped into the shit-ass Harrah's template. The one saving grace here is that Harrah's has dumped that stupid flash jingle thingy that you couldn't turn off (on a Mac at least).
