A landmark property owned by Caesars Entertainment is about to be purchased by a new owner. In two days, the Las Vegas Hilton will be bought by Colony Resorts.

One thing that won't be changing is the Hilton name. The new owners know name recognition is important and profitable. But they are investing millions to improve on what is already built here.

Colony Resorts wants to re-energize the casino. Management will start by opening up the casino floor to ease traffic and adding the newest slot machines.

Management is looking to change restaurants and to hire new entertainment for shows. But two popular attractions at the Hilton will stay -- the Star Trek Adventure and the Benihana Village.
