We really enjoy the casino. From the players club to the dealers and pit bosses, every employee we encountered was accommodating, fun and enthusiastic. While playing at the tables, the cocktail waitresses were around frequently and provided prompt service with better than average drinks in our opinion. We visited 3 times in 2 days and were staying all the way out at Silverton. We will likely stay there during our next visit.
Stewart & Ogden restaurant still needs to have some kinks worked out. The space is bright and welcoming plus the food was very good. However, the service staff seemed a bit unorganized and slower than one would expect for that size of restaurant. At one point, there were zero employees in the room, only customers. We watched as a couple came to the check in area, looked around, then left because no one was there to seat them.
Overall, we like the joint and will return.

Nice casino... the higher end rooms are pretty spiffy, standard rooms are achingly small. Limited in house dining leaves me wanting, fortunately Pizza Rock, Triple George and Fremont Street's myriad options are a half a block away. Won money at the casino.

Like the atmosphere very quiet (too quiet), clean rooms, and really enjoyed the prime rib at S O

Decent-looking hotel and casino; everything is clean and well-kept. The bad thing is, from what many people have also commented, is that there's no action here; the casino and bars are rather empty when they shouldn't be. The casino is also a little hard to find; they only have one green/red neon sign that points to it. Most joints put a clear, sometimes in-your-face "CASINO" sign in front of most nearly all their casino entrances for a reason; this place has not done that.
December '14 Update: They did put a couple more signs on 3rd to point people to the casino. It's just a matter of convincing people to walk down 3rd (which IMO is relatively safe) to get there.
Summer 2015 Update: Not a bad gamble here, and all the dealers seem pretty nice. Same rating as before, though :|
