Inside Wynn Paradise Park
A Model Analysis
All of the hotel rooms will feature lake-facing terraces with retracting glass doors. I love this... but you won't find me in that room... you'll find me here:
...in a top floor sky villa, with massive private terrace, private mini-pools, hot tubs, lounge areas and candy stripe awnings. Hells yeah.
This corner of the boardwalk and beach really look great. I wonder if there will be jitneys for hire.
Every hotel needs arrivals, access to the resort and resort fees. Regarding the latter The Steve said on a hot mic that hotel guests will be charged a new fee to use Paradise Park. How is this joint going to connect to Wynn/Encore and the rest of the world?
This seems like the most likely scenario for how the Wynn Paradise hotel will be connected to the Wynn/Encore podium and allow for automobile access. The Steve said that this hotel will feature a small casino, dining and bars. If there is a nightclub, it would probably make more sense to make it a "hotel ultralounge hideaway" with bespoke cocktails and no celebutards. Surely the guys and goons who run the Wynn nightlife program devise a narrowcasted marketing plan for it.
The park also has a porte cochere on the south west corner of the property.
A small driveway opens up from Sands Avenue, which leads to a roundabout that will send traffic towards the main Wynn Paradise Park entry. This entry will also handle walk-in traffic from neighboring resorts and the Sands Expo center. It looks like some of this area will be put into temporary usage as a putting green. Eventually, they'll probably put in some nightlife, entertainment or dining out there.
Here's the pumphouse. I really like the shapes and boardwalk design here. Lots of neat possibilities to create quiet serene spaces here. Probably won't happen.
The Other Side
Somebody take the other side, tell me what's wrong with this idea? We've all drunk the Kool-Aid.
Ok, I'll bite.
