Hunter and I stopped by Wynn's Lakeside Grill on Friday afternoon a mere two hours before they opened the doors for the very first time. Chef David Walzog generously spent 17 minutes to talk with us about the concept, the menu, techniques and ideas that went into creating Lakeside Grill. Wow, that's an odd shot. Almost looks like I was added in after the fact given that he is gesticulating wildly and I look asleep.
Love this piece, and considering giving the place another shot based on it.
