So, you love Italian seafood but you just can't find the time to make that trip to Italy. What are you going to do? Head to Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare, an Italian seafood restaurant nestled in the desert sands of Las Vegas. Chef Bartolotta could have copped out and tried making Italian seafood with American fish, but this being the Wynn that wasn't good enough. And so, Bartolotta and Wynn charter a jet every day to bring ultra-fresh fish straight from the Italian shoreline to your mouth. It's first class all the way here: authentic Italian fish, cooked with authentic Italian olive oil, authentic Italian tomatoes, and on and on etc, etc. The restaurant itself is gorgeous but for the absolute best experience, ask for one of the cabanas outside by the pool of reflecting balls.
One of the best Italian restaurants anywhere. A bit pricey, but well worth at least one trip (especially if someone else is buying!!!)
