Holy moly, what a spread! It's not as expansive as the mammoth Carnival World Buffet at the Rio, but Bellagio more than makes up for it in quality and gourmet offerings. I remember one plate I loaded up had on it roast quail with a Southwestern dry rub, roast venison, and veal osso buco with gorgonzola polenta. There they were, all on one plate, and this was at LUNCH. While the chefs do play it a little safe (they have to, it's a buffet), the selections and preparations made for the best buffet I've been to anywhere.

In my opinion this and the Wynn Buffet are the two class buffets of the strip. I've always been impressed with the offerings here. I've found the food to be above average for a buffet with very well executed staples (pizza) and unique items (beef and chicken wellington) to consider it a great alternative to a nice restaurant. I've also found Sunday Champagne brunch has left me in shambles with the generous pours and refills during service and the staff has always been very friendly during our meals here. I'd highly recommend lunch as many of the items are similar and the price is more bearable. For someone like me who is allergic to shellfish, the lunch price is much more bearable due to missing out on many of the great shellfish offerings that demand a premium for dinner.

This was the first buffet that I went to that offered crab legs cut in half (thus eliminating the need to crack anything), so this buffet will always hold a special place in my heart (or stomach).

Once again, Jinx has hit it right on the money. For buffets, there's really only two choices: Bellagio and Wynn. I prefer the Bellagio buffet, but the two of them are relatively the same. Lunch is definitely the way to go, and if you want to pull the "thrifty" card, you can come at the end of lunch and wait for dinner to be served (they won't kick you out). Just be prepared to kill some time as you wait with the old people and college students.

Unless you're really hungry, or LOVE buffets, I'd suggest checking out a different establishment. Buffets are a dime a dozen in Vegas, and for the same amount of money, you can get a better quality meal elsewhere.

My current favorite buffet. Great selection and I enjoyed the vast majority of the food here, which is rare for a buffet. Jump in line at 4.20-4.30pm and you should be able to snag a dinner meal for a lunch price. Very very cool. If you are dining around typical dinner time, the line is unbelievable.

Well worth the $21 for lunch...alot of variety and unique foods...all quality...did not have to wait on or ask for drink service/refills... great dessert bar and options...comfortable, 'classy' dining environment...have no hesitation to of the top best buffets in Vegas
