Arrive in Vegas at 9:30 Friday, perfect timing to jump the a short taxi line and beeline it to the now Tablue at the Wynn
The room is beautifully lit daylight, but not blinding. Coffee, orange French toast and a mimosa.
Then stop by the sports book to look at the lines and make a quick bet.
Parasol Down for a drink.
Grab a cab to Vdara to check into our room. I requested a view of the Bellagio fountains, I had to book a bit early but they were able to confirm a specific room wasnít a deal for the room but worth the added money for the view.
Stopped by Serrano for a quick bite and drink, by far best snack place, before taking the tram to the art gallery at the Bellagio. Not amazing but definitely a relaxing walk and worth the price of admission.
Headed up for relaxing tea time at the Mandarin. Still one of Vegas best kept secrets. Returned to the room to change and head over the Aria Spa for a shave and massage for my wife. Love the Spa great service and coed areas. The day pass is worth it especially if you are staying on the property.
Cleaned up nicely for dinner at Prime, canít go wrong with any there and reservations allowed me a view of the fountains. I just love those fountains. Headed the casino for some blackjack and also roulette, my wifeís favorite. Did a bit better than breaking even so I was happy. Headed back to bar at Vdara for a night cap and called it a night.
The next morning had room service breakfast, by far one of the best Iíve ever had although a bit pricey. I made some sports bets while the wife did a little shopping. Lunch at Pub by Todd English then back to the airport.
It was fast, but exactly what we needed as break from day to day mess.

Sounds like a good time! Can you tell me more about this tea business at the Mandarin?

Afternoon Tea is from 2:30 to 5 at the 23rd floor at the Tea lounge offering great views of the strip. They have some snacks to pick from and of course tea. Very relaxing and great views. I would recommend reservations for prime seats.

"Lunch at Pub by Todd English"

Was that worthwhile? I tried a hamburger there last time but didn't think much of it (the beer was good though). Is there something better there worth trying?

I had the brie and bacon grilled cheese and was disappointed as well. As you mentioned though, beer was good. Friends were happy with standard pub style appetizers.
