Was unexpectedly (business trip with a day's notice) in Philly area and drove through Valley Forge area, noticing new (from 18 months ago at least) casino and hear there are other PA area casinos. Anyone been and have a recommendation, particularly for poker, of where would be best to play?

Harrah's Philly (which is in Chester, PA, near the PHL airport) has a massive poker room, which is on a different floor than the rest of the casino. Harrah's also has a (seasonal) horse-racing track if you're into that.

I've heard Sugarhouse added a poker room. When I was there pre-poker, it had high minimum bets on blackjack and very little energy late. I don't have any experience with Sands or Parx, but have heard some buzz about Parx
