Best Pool in Vegas????

What Hotel/Casino has the best pool? I am not a party pool guy. I want something to do besides just sit there, but I don't need a rave breaking out. I LOVE the Golden Nugget pool. The Shark tank/slide/reservable layout chairs, etc make it awesome...I want to try something new though and don't know where to go!

I will be in Vegas in September, and need some poooooool time!

Just what I was looking for, thanks!

Most elegant pools - Wynn and Bellagio. Artificial Beach - Mandalay Bay. Tropical Lagoon Style Pools - Hard Rock Hotel, The Mirage, The Tropicana, The Flamingo. Largest Pool Complex and Lazy River Pool - MGM Grand. If you like animals, The Mirage has a dolphin show in Siegfried and Roy's Secret Garden, and The Flamingo has a bunch of exotic animals by the pool. If you don't like pool parties, avoid the Hard Rock on the weekends.

Awesome. Thanks! What about speed of service (snacks, drinks), and just best vibe? If you were in Vegas tomorrow, where would you stay, if pool time was a must?

i think venetian/palazzo would be an elegant pool

Venetian/Palazzo isn't known for having a great pool; that is a glaring weakness of the property. If you want the best service or you like to mingle with wealthy people and look at beautiful architecture, splurge on Wynn or Bellagio. Mandalay Bay is a step down from Wynn or Bellagio, but it's generally considered to have the best overall pool in Vegas, and the clientele is upper middle class to very wealthy. MGM Grand is more middle class with a sprinkling of salt of the earth types who make for a fun atmosphere. At The Mirage, you feel like you're in Hawaii; clientele is upper middle class to very wealthy. Tropicana and Flamingo are middle class hotels with great pools. Tropicana has the newest hotel rooms in Vegas. Hard Rock is just east of MGM Grand and the strip; on weekends it's college frat party atmosphere; great deals can be had during the week, and it's probably much calmer than the weekends. You can check out video footage of the pools on Youtube. Hard Rock is running an aggressive sale on Twitter on Monday or Tuesday; they are doing some rooms as cheap as $20.

Just came from the Tropicana Pool, there was volleyball, swim up blackjack, sushi, music and drinks a plenty. I believe with some of their packages you do get reserved chairs at the pool.

I had a blast at the Venus Pool at Caesar's Palace.
